Bold As Love was created as a site response to the historic gallery spaces of Rodman Hall Arts Centre. While the elegant parlour rooms for entertaining evoked images of long past tittering gentry, I thought of the real love that many locals have for this historic site, and our contemporary forms of entertainment. I used 18 black rock t-shirts to hand-hook ten rugs, spelling BOLD AS LOVE.
